Indoor Training sessions begin on Tuesday, November 1

The Club has organized 8 weeks of indoor training, to be held every Tuesday from November 1 to the Tuesday before Christmas.  Trainers from Coerver Coaching will lead the sessions, and the Club has worked with Coerver to create a curriculum specific to the needs of our teams.  The curriculum will emphasize "ball skills": footskills, receiving, passing, etc.  For U13+ teams, more small-sided games will be introduced.

This training is free to all Summer 2012 rostered players, and those players do not need to sign-up: we're expecting them.  Even if players are not available for the whole series, they should come on any Tuesday that they can.

Fall-only players and VAA community soccer members may join this series for a fee of $80.  To register for this program, do NOT go to the Registration System.  Instead, use the following email link to register: jim.friedel789@gmail.com

All training will be held at the Rosemount Irish Dome, located off Highway 3 (S. Robert Trail), about 1 mile north of County Road 42.

Players should have 5 things before leaving home: shinguards; cleats or indoor soccer shoes; water bottle; soccer ball; mom/dad phone number.

See the chart below for the timeslot for your player's age group.
