Costs for Fall 2011 players
For teams U9 through U12: $65 registration fee
For teams U13 and U14: $80 registration fee
Registration fees do not include the uniform. A fall kit (2 jerseys, 1 shorts, 1 pair socks) can be purchased for $65. If your player won't continue with us into the Summer 2012 season, the Club will buy back the fall kit for $35.
There are no other costs for the fall season.
Costs for Summer 2012 players
For U9-U10 teams: $100 registration fee. Pay in full before tryouts, and 100% refundable if player not placed on a team. No refund if player refuses placement.
For U11-U12 teams: $150 registration fee. Pay in full before tryouts, and 100% refundable if a player not placed on a team. No refund if a player refuses placement.
For U13+ teams: $250 registration fee. Must pay $125 before tryouts, which includes a $50 tryout fee that is never refunded, even if the player is not placed on a team. If player declines placement on a timely basis, refund of $75 given if requested before September 9. Once player accepts roster placement, partial refunds considered only for family move or season-ending injury.
The registration fee does not cover the following:
(1) TEAM FEES. Your team's parents will meet to make decisions about tournaments, team party, indoor winter leagues, etc. These activities are paid for equally by each player, and the team manager will collect your share of the cost. For U09-10 teams, the team fees are typically $75-$100 per player.
(2) UNIFORM. For the summer season, you must own your uniform. The full kit costs $75. For more information about the uniform click here: www.vusc.org/page/show/252584-uniforms
Financial Aid is available, and can be used to reduce registration fees, uniform costs, and team fees. See below for instructions.

If your cashflow is tight right now, but you expect to be able to pay later, we can work with you to set a different payment schedule. Send an email to jim.friedel789@gmail.com to discuss the situation.
If you won't be able to pay at all before the end of the summer season, then we invite you to request financial aid. Every year we hope to have some funds available for either full or partial grants. Please print out the form below, complete it, and follow the mailing instructions on the form.
