New process for uniform orders
For your convenience, we have a new process for ordering uniforms. Thanks to our volunteer webmaster (Rand Stenhjem) and our uniforms director (Melanie Cobb) for working on this new process.
Sometimes a new process has some “bugs” in it, so please bear with us. If you run into a bug, please click here on to let her know about it, and we’ll make a correction to the site.
Please ready before you order...
Before you use one of the order forms below, make sure you are ready
KNOW YOUR SIZES
Our uniform supplier is Admiral, and their sizes/cuts are a bit different from standard sizes. To figure out the sizes you need, ask similarly-proportioned teammates for the sizes that they are wearing, or plan to attend a try-on night. When we schedule try-on nights, they’ll be on the Club Calendar (on the home page) and we’ll put an announcement on the Uniform Info page.
CALCULATE YOUR TOTAL COST
The forms below record your request, but they are not a “shopping cart”. You will need to calculate your own total cost, so that you can write a check for your payment. We only take checks for the uniforms (no credit cards- sorry).
SEPARATE ORDERS FOR EACH PLAYER
Please complete one order form for each player. In other words, if your first son needs a white jersey, and your second son needs a blue one, please complete two order forms. You may pay for both orders with a single check, but note each child’s name on the memo line of the check.
SOCK COLOR CHOICE
Only for: BU17PR, BU11C2, GU17C1 and GU16C3
These teams wear both blue and white socks. If you are on one of these teams, and are ordering socks, put in the Comment section which color you want.
IMPORTANT - GIRLS WHO WANT TO MIX MEN'S/WOMEN'S CUTS
Some of our female players have ordered men's cut for the jersey and women's cut for the shorts. If your daughter wants this, please complete the Girls order form, and use the Comments section to let our uniforms director know that you want a men's cut for one of the pieces in your daughter's order.

After you order...
Immediately after you order, you need to pay with a check. If your check isn't received by the deadline, we will not forward your order to our supplier.
On the check:
On the "Payable to" line write "VUSC"
On the "Memo" line, write the team ID, player's name, and "uniform"
(for example: "GU16C2, Jane Doe, uniform")

As a reminder, to control costs we will bundle your order with others and send them to our supplier on the two dates, shown below.
- Club places order on January 9, 2012. Deliveries in mid-February.
- Club places order on March 12, 2012. Deliveries in late April.
But depending on the item needed, we do keep an inventory of some items on hand.
