When you press submit, your order will be recorded to a Google spreadsheet. You will not receive an email summary of your order.
Please pay for your order immediately, with a check. Uniform orders must be paid for BEFORE the Club will forward your order to our supplier. Please calculate the cost of your order, and send a check to our uniforms director. Mail your check to:

As a reminder, to control costs we will bundle your order with others and send them to our supplier on two dates, shown below. Julie will deposit your check about 7 days before the order date, so that the club has the cash ready when we place the order with our supplier.
- Orders sent Friday, Jan. 13, 2012. Deliveries in mid-March.
- Orders sent Friday, March 16, 2012. Deliveries in late April.
