Valley Tune-up Team Check-in Instructions

Team Managers or Coaches can check in their teams right at the athletic complex where their team plays.  Exact location of the check-in tent is identified by an "HQ" on the field map (see VTU Fields link). We ask teams to check in at least 30 minutes prior to their first game.

Check in times:
Saturday, July 7th:  7:15am-4pm
Sunday, July 8th: 9:15am-11am
 
Items needed at check-in:
  • Player passes, properly signed and laminated, for all regular and guest players and coaches
  • Roster of your regular players – competitive match report used for league play works just fine – we will need to keep a copy
  • Guest roster – list all guest players who will play with you for the weekend
  • Medical liability forms – your club form or the MYSA form are fine.  No need to notarize.  We will only need to see them, not keep them.
