Escalation Procedure
If there is an issue that needs further attention, please follow the escalation procedure outlined in section P of the VUSC by-laws:
P. Grievances
It is the intent of the VUSC to ensure satisfaction and benefit to its members. Any questions or concerns should be dealt with immediately to clarify any misunderstandings or
eliminate any potential problem areas. Questions should be directed to the Boys/Girls Traveling Director, or any member of the VUSC Commission.
P.1 Grievances or disputes should be settled in the following order:
- Involved coach(es)
- Boys/Girls Traveling Director
- VUSC Commissioner
- MYSA Boys or Girls District Director
P.2 If a grievance should involve the child of a Commission Member, or Coach, that individual shall remove themselves from situations where a conflict of interest exists.
If there is an issue regarding conduct or suitability of a referee, please follow the above procedure.
