If your team wants indoor space, send an email to jim.friedel789@gmail.com.  Jim is handling allocations for Dome and District 196 gyms.  Costs are shown below:

Gym costs below are for one basketball court, for 75-minutes:
   $20 for weekends at AVHS, SHMS, FRMS, or BHMS
   $15 for any elementary space, or any VMS space, or any weekday rental.

Turf costs:
   $56 for 1/6 of half Dome on Tuesday, 80-minute session, in period 1 or 2.
   $85 for 1/4 of half Dome on Tuesday, 80-minute session, in period 3 (and maybe 2).
   $100 per hour for Hayes.  Available after March 9, 2012.

Once you have requested space and it is assigned to your team, you "own" it.  If you need to cancel and there isn't time to find another team to use the space, you'll be billed.

Cost of indoor space will be billed to team accounts on March 1 (for January-February), April 1 (for March), and May 1 (for April). 
 

In March-April, the Club wants to see all teams get started indoors. The Club will arrange and pay for 6 indoor practices, to occur sometime between March 1 and April 19.  Those 6 club-paid practices will likely be a mix of turf (Dome or Hayes) and hardwood.

If your team wants additional indoor practices, the Club will do its best to shop for the space at the days/times that you prefer.

March practices are typically published around February 20, after District 196 and City of Apple Valley tell us what is available. 

For your additional practices, the costs would be the same as shown above in the January-February section. 

ALL DETAILS HAVE BEEN MOVED TO THE "SPACE" GOOGLE DOC, WHICH WILL BE USED FOR INDOOR SPACE, BILLING DETAILS, AND OUTDOOR FIELDS.

For May-August 2012, Hayes Arena will be leaving the turf in place.  Cost per hour is $90 until about May 14, and $45 after (rates may increase by $5 in 2012).  Interested teams should call Hayes Arena directly at 952-431-8245.  The team should pay with a check before leaving the Arena.
